SERVICE DEFINITIONS

Service Time

The period when the camera is actively recording or shooting for the event.

Intermission

A courtesy non-charge break during the event when no shooting occurs. Up to two intermissions are allowed, with a combined maximum duration of 16 hours.

Photo

Unlimited digital photography captured throughout the event duration.

Basic Video

1 Stationary cinema camera, no movement, minimal editing, Entire event captured as one continuous shot.

Pro Video

2 Cameras, professional movement (camera gimbal), full editing. Entire event captured with cinematic quality.
